Charlie S is a long-time regular here at Silver Tee, sometimes he even helps us out by chipping balls in the driving range landing area from sides where the tractor can’t reach.
Charlie recently got a hole in one on June 27 at Mystic Creek hole #4 on the lakes. The shot was 168 yards with an elevated green and strong winds. He aced the shot with a 6 iron… this was Charlie’s 3rd hole in one!
In 2016 Charlie holed a 149 yard shot at Mystic Creek on the Meadow with a 9 iron.
Back in 1986, Charlie aced number the 191 yard number 8 at Fox Glen with a 4 iron!
We love seeing Charlie come out to practice regularly at Silver Tee – he’s a great example that practice does makes perfect!
