Heather, a league player and regular indoor golfer here at Silver Tee, aced the 135 yard 6th hole at Aviara Golf Club (Carlsbad, California) with her 3 wood.

Hole in one!!

Congratulations to Paul Closs who aced the shot on the 159-yard hole #17, at Kapula Bay, using his using his 6 iron.

This was Paul’s first indoor hole in one, having already achieved two outdoor hole in ones.

Last Minute Indoor Golf Tournament

We were so pleased that Silver Tee was able to accommodate our group once we learned that the golf course for our tournament was closed due to flooding. Although it was last minute, Silver Tee was able to open early for us and had every detail attended to and ready to go upon our arrival. We were able to have all the players in the groups they already arranged and set them up for 18 holes on a fantastic indoor golf course. We’re so happy that they had a great experience!

Out of the thousands of par 3’s (and some short par 4’s!) that have been played at Silver Tee since the opening of our Virtual Gaming Centre, there have been only 2, yes TWO reported holes in one?

Wow!

That can only mean… you’re due for one!

And if you do make that skilled (lucky!) shot, be sure to let us know!

The aces went to Dustin Hebert at the par 3 Ocean Course (Hole #1) last February, and in March Shane Macleod aced Firestone South (Hole # 7). So come on out and give it a go!
